1871 honors Chicago’s rebirth after the Great Fire—a city united to build something new. This balanced espresso blend brings together semi-sweet chocolate, cream, and almond, with a rich crema and a lasting finish. Made to order for ultimate freshness.

Like many before us, Chicago was a great new city for my dad. Arriving with ambition and drive, it became a place we would call home. This New City is a medium roast with flavors of milk chocolate, vanilla and apple. Mmm… A coffee you can cozy up with.  Made to order for the ultimate freshness. 

Named for Carl Sandburg’s ‘City of Big Shoulders,’ this darker roast blends coffees from Guatemala and Honduras. Expect baker’s chocolate, molasses, and a touch of smokiness—a bold, full-bodied cup for anyone who likes their coffee strong. Made to order for ultimate freshness.

Noble Square, Northwestern Settlement, Eckhart Park, and Erie Neighborhood House are all part of West Town. These neighborhood pillars have long helped residents create life-changing opportunities—a legacy I experienced growing up here. This single-origin Colombian coffee uses a sugarcane decaffeination process to preserve its sweetness and character while removing most of the caffeine. Made to order for ultimate freshness.
