1871, the rebirth of Chicago. A city banded together from the ashes to rebuild a new city. One that I am proud to be a part of.  This espresso blend is balanced with flavors of semi-sweet chocolate, cream and almond. Creating an immense crema that leaves a lasting impression.  Made to order for the ultimate freshness. 

Like many before us, Chicago was a great new city for my dad. Arriving with ambition and drive, it became a place we would call home. This New City is a medium roast with flavors of milk chocolate, vanilla and apple. Mmm… A coffee you can cozy up with.  Made to order for the ultimate freshness. 

"City of Big Shoulders", named by Carl Sandburg.  Is our darker roast blend. Providing stature and inspiration with flavors of Bakers Chocolate, Molasses, and some smokiness.  It is perfect for those looking for a "strong" and or "bold" coffee to lean on.  Made to order for the ultimate freshness. 

Noble Square, Northwestern Settlement House, Eckhart Park, and Erie Neighborhood house are all places within West Town.  Once home to the disenfranchised, these pillars empowers community residents to change their own lives.  As a child being raised in this neighborhood, I can attest to its life changing opportunities.  This Single-Origin from Columbia undergoes a sugar cane chemical free process.  So you can still have your coffee without the caffeine.  Made to order for the ultimate freshness.

Small batch - A union of seven medicinal organic mushrooms are dehydrated, ground, and blended with our New City blend. Brew like regular coffee. Approx. 57g of (Lion's Mane, Reishi, Cordyceps, Chaga, Turkey Tail mushroom, Shiitake, Maitake, and Cacao).  Made to order for the ultimate freshness.
